Failing to upload large video file 'Please delete and try again later'

Hi, a colleague is having trouble uploading a video file we produced to MS Stream. It's 5Gb but appears limit is 50Gb so this shouldn't be an issue but the smaller 0.5Gb files are fine. The format is usual MP4 with H.264 codec so totally compatible (and the smaller files with same format upload fine)

Can anyone help with the below error message and where we might be having a problem? It gets most of the way through and then throws up this message every time.

Sorry you are running into upload errors. I'm not able to reproduce that issue. Can you ask your O365 Admin to open up a support ticket and we can help you try and track down what the issue might be?

I having been using Stream successfully for 55 other videos of similar size, yet today it suddenly will not upload from iMovie. They are usually about 110MB.mov files. Why not today? Please respond soon as I need to show this video to multiple parties in two hours. The material is for educational purposes.
