Enlarge default description size or expand automatically

The default size of the displayed description under the stream is really small.  I would like to show the basic description plus links to important points in the video.  But, I can only display 2 lines by default.  I don't think most users would even know to click on the "see more" link.

Is it possible to increase the number of description lines shown or expand the description by default?

@ScottyP We really want this too. This should be configurable where the author of the video could control this setting based on how they are using the video.
