Embedding Microsoft Stream video using oembed

We are trying to implement oEmbed for Micosoft Stream (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/embed-video-oembed), but the oEmbed endpoint always returns an empty title in the JSON and the same default thumbnail. Are we doing something wrong?

@Remco Rispens we are currently experiencing this same issue.  It appears that the oEmbed endpoint always returns a placeholder rather than a real thumbnail url.
