OK, so here's my scenario:
I want to embed Stream videos on pages within our ServiceNow knowledge base. The issue is that if viewers are not already signed into their work MSA, then they get a prompt to sign in to Stream to see the embedded video, which has been somewhat of a turn-off to my manager.
I've tried to explain that this is just how Stream is designed (secure sharing within the enterprise), but her point is that if both O365 and ServiceNow are behind the same SSO (Okta), then there should be a more intelligent way to federate authentication.
Is there a more elegant way to handle this? Thanks!
