Duplicate Thumbnails in Stream Notification Email

The email notification that sent out once a Teams meeting Stream video is available shows what appears to be two identical thumbnail previews. I can't discern any difference between the two thumbnails so am curious as to why both are present.

A User from our company is also experiencing the same issue, not sure why this started happening, and if there was a recent update to O365 Tenant that caused this issue.  Or perhaps there is a bug somewhere, if so a case should be opened with Microsoft Support.  Unless someone can provide some clarity to this issue, and provide a solution to this issue.

@kclau Reviewing the later notifications it appears that this was just a one time thing on June 9. Since then all the notifications have only a single thumbnail. Notifications the week before and after June 9 only had the generic image placeholder, whatever that might indicate.
