We've noticed that Microsoft Stream will occasional output VTT files that fail W3C validation because they include the & character inline with text. This character is used as an escape in VTT files. Removing all occurrences fixes the issue. Replacing them with & also fixes the issue. Could this be resolved by Microsoft? It prevents the importing of the subtitle file onto other platforms.
