Hi, for your information the meeting recording storage has changed from Stream to OneDrive and SharePoint. You can read more about it here
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/tmr-meeting-recording-changeAs for the transcripts they are now part of a Teams meeting policy so you will have to reach out to your IT administrator to verify that the transcript feature is enabled and assigned to your user account.
Transcripts are being saved with the above settings enabled, then you have the live captions feature too. The latter are not being saved though, only available during the meeting (also need to be enabled by admin).
