Can we restrict personal video upload but allow group video upload?

Hi!

We're planning to use different service for sharing personal videos. Is it possible to restrict personal video upload for users but allow video upload and sharing for groups? We would like to use different service for personal videos but we would like to allow groups to use Stream for sharing meeting recordings from Teams.

Every advice is well appreciated.

What service are you planning to use for sharing personal videos? Microsoft does not provide in Stream a mechanism to differentiate personal video upload from group video upload

What's your definition of "personal videos"? Carlos is correct we don't have a way to control this in Stream, videos can be in a group or can be permissioned on their own without a group.
