Can't publish or accept company policy

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-1548030%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3ECan't%20publish%20or%20accept%20company%20policy%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-1548030%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3Eover%20the%20past%20few%20weeks%2C%20i%20have%20been%20experiencing%20issues%20with%20publishing%20videos.%20i%20can%20upload%2C%20but%20when%20i%20go%20to%20hit%20publish%2C%20nothing%20happens.%20the%20button%20changes%20to%20say%20%22publishing...%22%20but%20then%20reverts%20back%20to%20the%20pink%20publish%20button.%20i%20have%20to%20have%20a%20colleague%20go%20in%20and%20publish%20or%20i%20have%20to%20use%20the%20stream%20app%20to%20publish.%20additionally%2C%20a%20user%20is%20not%20able%20to%20accept%20the%20company%20policy.%20he%20keeps%20getting%20an%20error%20message.%20anyone%20else%20having%20these%20issues%3F%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E

over the past few weeks, i have been experiencing issues with publishing videos. i can upload, but when i go to hit publish, nothing happens. the button changes to say "publishing..." but then reverts back to the pink publish button. i have to have a colleague go in and publish or i have to use the stream app to publish. additionally, a user is not able to accept the company policy. he keeps getting an error message. anyone else having these issues?
