Can't get a Teams recording uploaded to Stream. Uploading stuck at 0%

Had a meeting this morning 2nd July 2020 and recorded the meeting in Teams. At the end of the meeting the recording was auto uploaded in Steam and has been stuck at 0% uploading since last 8 hours. No issues with my Internet.

Client ID for your reference, kindly help retrieve the meeting recording

@srideviaWait over night! If the video is not uploaded, send Microsoft a bug report over the Stream web Client (the smily on top right and then "File a bug"). I hope you get your recording!
