Accessing Stream video

Hello there,

 

I am having an issue accessing a meeting I recorded. I know to go to "my content" and "videos" but there is nothing there. As if I never recorded anything. This happened twice already. Can anyone help?

Hi, do you know if your org. is still using Stream as the storage location for Teams meeting recordings? OneDrive and SharePoint is the way going forward and in August this will happen for all (if not already opted in by admin). If that doesn't help you should reach out to your IT admin who can locate it for you or create a support ticket if necessary.
