I understand that Stream encodes at different resolutions, starting at 360p, but I've uploaded a 1080p video, and that isn't available to watch immediately - why?
Additionally, we're seeing that 1080p videos of a 1.5-2.5GB size is literally taking DAYS to encode.
What's going on?

@ericsmith Due to the current crisis, the performance in the background has slowed down somewhat and some features have been switched off. Read that with the time delay more often here in the Tech Community.

@Tomislav Karafilov was this announced to users anywhere? Is there a list of "some features" that have been switched off? How long should I expect a video to take?
Taking multiple days to process a video isn't acceptable.
