When is the final date for Microsoft Stream (Classic) to be ended?

Microsoft's  online help resources do not have any dates

It says we'll  start the 6 month countdown until no new uploads and 1 year countdown until retirement in early Q1 2023. We are highly likely to have that start date be in February. 

Where did you expect to see this information so I can better make sure others can find it?
