What's the ideal bitrate to render videos before uploading them?

Hi, we're planning on using Stream and I wanted to know since it uses ABR if there's an ideal bitrate for 1080p that we render our videos with before uploading them to Stream. 

An example is that I uploaded a 1080p video with a CBR of 4000Kbps. When I play it back on Stream it shows 1080p-478Kbps. Does it even matter with which bitrate I render the video?
