Greetings. I have a faculty member who is having an issue with uploading their full video to Stream. The full video is nearly 14 minutes but when they upload it to Stream the full video length is about 8 minutes and 30 seconds. Has anyone ever experienced this before? They have tried renaming the original file and uploading it again 3 times but roughly 5 minutes still keeps getting cut off. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get the video to upload successfully?
