VEEAM for backup of STREAM

Is there any implementation for use of VEEAM to create a back-up of company Stream videos.  Or is there any other way to easily create a back-up to a local or secondary cloud location that doesn't involve download of one video at a time?

There is no public API availabe to get the videos stored in Microsoft Stream, so backup is not possible.
