Upload a file to MS Stream from a url

I have found some really good little training videos for Teams and want to upload them to Stream so that I can use them wherever I need to. However, although I can capture the url, I can't find a way to upload a video to MS Stream by just entering the url - can anyone help please?

@Penny ELSON - Can you explain a little more exactly what you are trying to do? Stream only lets you upload videos where you have the physical video file itself. We don't have any way to suck down an internet video and make it show up or re-upload to Stream. You will need the original video file.
