Hi,
We are new to Stream but managed to successfully upload 4 videos yesterday and managed to get the embed code and insert them onto our FreshService helpdesk software tutorials.
The next day I received an email saying there was a problem with these videos and they had been deleted, but absolutely no explanation why.
Obviously, we do not want to create many tutorials with embedded codes if the videos will all be deleted by Stream shortly afterwards.
Can anyone give a clue as to why these files would have been deleted?
