Stream not sending video recordings to email

Hello. Miscrosoft Streams used to email me when the video was done and recorded. It has stopped emailing me since Monday. How do I continue to get the emails of the recordings. The videos are in the TEAMS chat, but it says I have to download them and I would rather it just be emailed.

@ahuber2136  The last days there are some posts here that uploading of Teams meeting recordings to Stream has stopped. If you started the recording, please check in Stream under "My videos" if the meeting recording is uploaded to Stream. If not, Stream can store recordings in a Azure Blob Storage in your tenant for I think 30 days. You can download this videos only from the Teams meeting and they are not uploaded to Stream automatically. Maybe there is something broken or an admin has switched of the video upload or ... ?
