Stream videos embedded using stream web part looked okay last week, but when I checked today the thumbnails had disappeared. They reappeared when I edited the page and then appeared to stick again. why does this happen and how do I stop it from ever happening again? It's embarrassing to get calls about amateurish products that we pay a lot for.
