Sending invite but the person doesn't get it

Hi,

I have uploaded a video and when I sent invite within my company no one is getting the link or the invite.

I have looked all possible setting and even the spam we are not getting any email.

Its possible that the person you are inviting, already has Microsoft Stream.  Currently, if the user already has Microsoft Stream, an email is not sent to them.  Out of curiousity, does sharing a video work with this user?  You can go to a video, and select the share button, then select the email tab.
