Restriction of add/remove from a channel

I am interested in creating a Channel which is acessible organization wide.  However, I would like to restrict who can remove videos or add videos to the channel to a group  How can this be accomplished?

Only way to do this is via a Stream Group.

• Make a new group.
• Check "Make this group companywide"
• Uncheck "allow members to contribute"
• Add owners to the group - these people will be able to upload videos to it.

This would mean you have a group that is public and anyone can see the videos you permission to it. However only Owners of the group can upload / add in new videos. Anyone who joins the group as a  member won't be able to upload.
