Replacement video stuck at 0% processing

Copper Contributor

I have a video in Stream and went to replace it with a new video that contains updated training content. However, the replacement video is stuck at 0% processing. I do not want to delete the video and create a new one as this will then remove all details and statistics of the current video. Help! @garrettbronner

Hello. Could you open a support ticket so that we can investigate the issue? Replace jobs that fail to process will time out after 48 hours, at which point you can try again. Thanks.

Hi @htrang,
I know it is too late for you maybe, but just today I struggled with this issue myself.
I found this solution, also here in the forum, to "replace (corrupt) video"
https://web.microsoftstream.com/videoupdate/<VIDEOID>?open=ReplaceVideo
