Hi Humans, hope you are all well!
So, we JUST received the functionality of Stream in the last two weeks. When setting up the app to produce transcripts, you are asked initially which program to open the transcripts with. Mine was set to "text file", so assuming out IT folks set them up in a standard fashion. Not the case, so I wanted my transprtipts to open with Word, however, I have tried everything I have read (chaning the default program, etc) and the transcripts still open as text files. Can anyone offer any advice or help? The transcripts are useless in that format as it requires uber editing, negating the reason we even got the application in the first place. Help?
