Problems with processing recorded videos?

A considerable amount of time has passed that I have been waiting for the created videos to process and be available to me for trimming.  It has been over an hour now, and they are still processing.   I don't believe this lag is affecting just Stream.  I have noticed it within other MS O365 applications as well.  Anyone else?

@jlcjr I recorded 2 meetings this morning. One was at 8 and one was at 9:30 and both are still processing. It is taking much longer than usual.

@lylehardee Same case for me... Just under 8 minute video and still waiting.. 

@a_defran5 additionally, my teams chat shows an exclamation point indicating that my recording ended unexpectedly when I pressed the stop recording button...
