PowerShell set New Stream

We would like to apply the new Stream experience only to a group of users before March. Could you please guide me which parameter must be added to set the 'RecordingStorageMode' to a group?

Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Global -RecordingStorageMode "OneDriveForBusiness"

Here are the steps if it can be useful for somebody.

1) You had to opt-out from the new Stream.
Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Global -RecordingStorageMode "Stream"

2) Create a custom meeting policy (nammed Policy_Stream_Onedrive_Recording for example) and assign this policy to some users.

3) Execute the following command:
Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Policy_Stream_Onedrive_Recording -RecordingStorageMode "OneDriveForBusiness"
