@Djackson230 - yes, as long as you maintain an appropriate Office 365 subscription, your content will be stored. We'll introduce document retention capabilities for Stream in the future, at which point you'll want to work with whomever in your org sets retention policies (if not you) to ensure those policies take into account the need to retain content permanently.
