Opload Video Option Missing

The Upload Video option is not available for some users under the Create menu.  Any ideas?

Hope you are well. In the Stream Admin Portal has the restrict video uploads been turned on? This may be causing it!

Either that or maybe a licencing issue?

@Christopher HoardHi Chris.  Thanks for your message.  The issue has now been resolved.  I'm told that it was something to do with licencing.
