The staff in our company are frequently reporting the recording their meetings is resulting in multiple copies saved to the MS Stream website. The "Your meeting recording is here" email that is sent to the person who recorded the meeting also shows multiple copies.

What could be causing this? We've been manually deleting the duplicates, but it's a royal pain.

@GmsDave We just ran in to the same issue. I found this post while trying to research what happened. Have you had any feedback on why this occurred and how to prevent it?
