We don't have full oEmbed support. oEmbed mostly is for things that aren't hidden behind authentication like fully public videos or content. We don't have a plan at this time to find a way to do oEmbed against our private content in Stream (classic) or Stream (on SharePoint) / videos in SPO, ODB, Teams, or Yammer.
