Microsoft Stream stuck at 0% for more than 12 hours.

My recording that was uploaded to Mircrosoft Streams is still under processing and in the same state for more than 12 hours. It is about 52 minutes long and around 400 MB in size. Any ideas why?

I'm having the same problem. Microsoft Service Updates reports that "a few" users are having uploading issues. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

My uploads finally processed. Took about 18 hours for a ten minute video. Server is clearly overloaded, as the world rushes to be online.
