Microsoft stream is having problem buffering videos.

Microsoft stream is having problem loading/buffering videos. my internet upload and download speed is about 30Mb. every other streaming service runs smoothly but MS Stream is causing problems. Any help 

I talked to my ISP and they have verified that everything at their end is fine.

I am having the same issue, buffering is a huge problem for us on MS Stream Classic
