My concern is bugs within Microsoft Stream. Is there a know issue with private videos moving over to Public without selecting option to share with all?

Hi @ETejeda ! The watchlist is your private space to put Stream videos in. Only you can see the content of your watchlist and it does not matter if the videos in your watchlist are public or private. This is not changed by adding a video to your watchlist.
