I'm trying to upload a video from my desktop... however I don't have the option to upload... when I select create...I only have the options for Create and Channel... no option to upload.. and the up arrow with the _ is not available either.

@Beatrice_Braziel Sound like the uploaders are restricted in your tenant and you do not have the permission to upload a video. Check with a global admin or a Stream admin the "Restrict Video uploads" section in the admin Settings of Stream: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/restrict-uploaders
