Is there a way to choose the location for downloaded videos?

We should be able to specify where downloaded videos are saved (like in every other piece of software on the planet), but I don't see that option.

Hi, Stream as storage location has been deprecated and now it's either OneDrive or SharePoint depending on which type of meeting it is. When the recording is completed and saved you can save it wherever you like, as long as you have permissions to do so.

I understand that but my question is about non-meeting videos already in Stream that I have to move because Msft can't fix the bug that doesn't allow Stream hosted videos to play in a mobile app. Not allowing users to choose where files are downloaded to is an absurd limitation.
