Dear Stream community and developer team.
As a business, not being able to search on our brand names in Stream transcripts with any reliability is a real lost opportunity for generating rapid knowledge assimilation and cross-business networking. We have thousands of videos that can't name or describe all the brands that are likely to be referred to in the video, particularly as some videos are both long and complex framework of words.
Is there a way to add an intelligent dictionary in the element of the software that produces the transcript so that it can be better trained to recognise and name brands, products, terminology, etc.?
