How to Create a Company wide channel?

Hi all, is there anyone can help this question which I have struggled for a while..

Issue: When I click the Create -> Channel, I can only see 'Group Channel' in Channel access option, but I can't see Compannywide channel.

Question: Is it because my stream role doesn't allow me to create a Compannywide channel?

Yes. Your admin has disabled the ability for you and probably others to create company wide channels.

You should start uploading videos to SharePoint and Teams. Stream (Classic) is in the process of retiring. 1 year retirement notice to likely come early next year.
