How to add a real heart rate?

Hi,
I use Microsoft Stream for work and need to share not just video but heart rate also. It is important and the way I do it now(sending real-time link) is not good, cause it expires. I use Pulsoid to measure heart rate and share it.
Is there a way to compose the video and my heart rate(i have an URL with it in real time)? Overlays or something?

I can't see that being possible, you upload whatever prepared videos you want to Stream but you can't merge or add dynamic elements in a way that would help with this, not that I am aware of anyway. I think you will have to look for an alternative solution.
