When I open a recording I don't have permissions to see I get "Hmm ... it seems you don't have access.". This is not good because it doesn't offer the possibility to request access from the owner nor does it tell me who the owner is so I can request access.
99% of the times the owner wants the video to be viewable by the entire company so I believe this should also be easier to accomplish. Currently people record, forget to share, people trying to access it give up or reach out to change permissions.
