We had live event in Microsoft Stream and during live event many users reported issue during playback of live stream.
Issue were reported in both IE11 and Chrome latest browser.
We used Software based encoder - Switcher and produced video from iPhone.
Many users reported the video stream broke in the middle and browser refresh also didn't help. I looked around Stream Forum to find root cause and any fix, suggestions but unfortunately i didn't find anything useful.
We also looked audit logs but nothing logged here.
We have upcoming live events and we consider this a serious failure of this live stream test.
@Marc Mroz : Can you please advise how to handle this error?
