Since March 2020, my institution experience problems with playing Stream videos. We usually embed it on our LMS (Moodle), and it can be played well most of othe time. But, since March 2020 we have many complaints from our students that they only see something like this (no play button). It happens to many students.
This case not only happen in certain browser. They have tried to change the internet connection, browser, and end up with same result. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
