Hello

I have been getting  this error : e68011867679ecd7c83160dba4c111c8-1080p.mp4 failed to upload. The user quota of 10 videos has been reached . 

This my second time registering in Microsoft Stream the first one was free this time I bought a Licenses and I can't upload more videos because of this error message I will appreciate your help

Open a support ticket please to have them investigate.

Also Stream (Classic) is eventually going to be retired likely in late 2024. 1 year notice annocument likely to come later this year.
