I have a .mov file uploaded to Stream which downloads as a CRDOWNLOAD file aka useless. If it retains the mov extension in Stream why doesn't it download correctly? If I try to open it I get "missing codec"? For the most popular video format out there?
Also, 2 minute .mov videos are taking an hour plus to download locally - some even say one day????? - mp4's take seconds. Ridiculous - something is seriously wrong here.........
