Captions not appearing

Hi I have created a video in Powerpoint and uploaded to Stream. When I created it in Powerpoint I uploaded a .vtt file and it works ok when I run the video in display mode. However, in Stream I can't see the captions at all. I definitely have captions on, and I have played around with the text formatting of them, bit no luck. Can anyone help?
