I uploaded a bunch of videos that were recorded in Teams - I chose English and checked Autogenerate Captions - yet the captions are not showing up and some videos when I go into options do not show that I chose English. These are training videos and staff would like the transcripts on the side while they watch - I've redownloaded the videos and still having issues with transcripts showing up in the videos.
