Videos not playable in M365 public group after migration


While "everyone except external users" is listed as a direct permission for the migrated video, the parent folders aren't visible to non-members and also the video is not playable. I get this error.


This is really bad. Why are we dealing with issues three months from shutdown where the migration tool still simply doesn't work. I see different (arguably worse) issues with videos migrated from a user container to SharePoint.
