Trouble adding authorized users to Stream


Hi All,


I have tried a lot of different things but haven't been able to figure out how to delegate "authorized users" in Stream. I recorded a couple of webinars, am able to share them with my manager but every time I do so, he is unable to view them and is told he's not an "authorized user." 


How can I go about changing this?

I am also facing the similar issue, my team members shared the video using my alias/email; I can't view the video shared in the email as I am not an "authorized" user. Confirmed with couple of other team mates that they are also facing the same issue.
