Stream used to serve videos to unauthenticated users (Internet)

Can Microsoft Stream be used to serve videos to users OUTSIDE of the O365 tenant?  For example, serving a NON-SECURE video to the Internet, much like YouTube... or is Stream meant for internal org only?

Hi @Bill Richardson, currently Microsoft Stream videos can only be shared with people inside your organziation.  I encourage you to vote and a comment on the idea for public video found here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Stream-Ideas/Public-videos/idi-p/80159
