Stream Trial?

We see a "Stream Trial" on our E3 admin center. 

Is this a sign that yet another service is going to be removed or downgraded so that we have to buy additional licensing to get what is usually the expected behavior?

If not, why is it there?

That’s most likely the stream e5 trial. Features such transcribe and what not. Stream itself is part of E3.
