Hi, Wondering if anybody can help, thanks in advance.
1. when I add the user to share the video by email, after I add it, and click on "send and close", the recipient never received any email notification.
2. after I published a video, I m expecting an email notification sent to my email box saying it has been published, but it never happened.
I v put the notification on under my settings, so it is not the problem. I even can receive the auto-email notification from another user, just not the generic one from server.
Seems there is nothing come from no-reply@mail.microsoftstream.com coming through from our mail flow either. I don't know if it has been sent out ever, how do I check it.
